Does it cost anything to work with you?

Nope, it's free. You get access to our network, interview prep, and negotiation support without spending a dime.

I'm already applying on LinkedIn and other job boards. Why should I work with you?

Because the best opportunities never make it to job boards. Companies hire through referrals and recruiters first. By the time a role hits LinkedIn, they've already talked to 10+ candidates. We give you access to roles before they're posted publicly, plus insider knowledge on interview processes, team dynamics, and comp ranges. We also coach you through technical rounds and negotiate on your behalf.

Do I have to work exclusively with you?

No, but be strategic. Working with 10 recruiters creates noise and can backfire if multiple people submit you for the same role. Stick with 2-3 who actually specialize in your space. We focus on AI, data, and engineering roles at high-growth startups. If that's your world, we're your people.

How long does placement typically take?

Depends on your level and what you're looking for, but most candidates land offers within 4-8 weeks. For senior/niche roles or hot markets, it can happen faster. We move quickly and don't waste your time on roles that aren't real.

I'm not actively job hunting. Should I still talk to you?

Definitely. Most of our best placements are passive candidates who weren't actively looking but were open to the right opportunity. We can have a conversation about what's out there. No pressure, totally confidential. Worst case, you learn what the market looks like.
